While we are all affected by the rising prices of gasoline due to the war in the Middle East, our farmers and PUV drivers are some of the most severely impacted.

Due to transportation costs and absence of buyers, farmers forego bringing their produce to trading posts, leaving their vegetables to rot in their fields.

Jeepney drivers, after plying the roads the whole day, bring home approximately P50, not even enough to buy 1 kg of rice

A donation of 1,500 will provide 5 families of jeepney drivers with 5kgs of rice.

1,500 can also purchase 80 kgs of repolyo and kamatis from farmers, augmenting their income. These vegetables will then be distributed for free to indigent families in Metro Manila through our network of parishes.

CALL FOR DONATIONS FOR DISPLACED MIGRANTS IN LEBANON

Due to the conflict in the Middle East, the Parish of St. Joseph, Beirut, Lebanon under Fr Henry Ponce, SJ is providing refuge to over 130 displaced migrants. They are in dire need of food, water, medicines, and blankets. They also need funds to rent another facility in order to accommodate more refugees.

Notice: Operations Schedule for Feb 5-6

Please be informed that the TYF Office will be operating with limited personnel on duty on February 5–6, 2026.
During these dates, Iggy’s Canteen will have no operations, to give way to the team’s annual outing.

However, Iggy’s Talipapa will be open on February 5–6, and will also operate on February 7–8 for the 3rd Mobile Talipapa at the Mary the Queen Parish, San Juan City.
